Mom, Dad, Dolley, and the Joy of Family

As I photographed mom, I was struck by her serene nature! Her expressions were so contented and not forced. She truly embodied the essence of maternal grace and beauty. Meanwhile, dad brought a playful energy to the session cracking jokes that made us all laugh. We shared stories about their beloved dog, Dolley, who stole the show with her adorable antics. With my sessions, furry family members are always welcome! Dolley being included added an even more personal touch to this session for them to remember this moment in time for their growing family. The Southern charm found in baby’s nursery was also a treat. From the metal crib, the smocked Ole’ Miss romper hanging on the wall, to the fun hobby horse tucked into the corner, mom’s pension for curation and design really had a moment to shine!
